Caroline based her MSc on the Transtheoretical Model of Behaviour Change for Contemplators of Exercise in the late 1990s and has blended it with key principles from Growth Mindset and Effective Questioning to manage change in both challenging educational settings and her personal life, to offer a self-help pathway to a happier life.

Alex is a Belgium based consultant working with companies to develop and change harmoniously. With previous experience of restructuring companies, facilitating large digital transformations and data related projects, his work builds solid foundations which foster evolution and growth both for the organisation and the individuals at the heart of it.

Phil lives in Australia. He’s an Olympic silver medallist, Commonwealth gold medallist and carried the flag for England at the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony in Brisbane. He has a successful business career which has taken him all over the world. Today he is an entrepreneur with a particular interest in community and a focus on disrupting out-of-date business models. He’s chairperson & director of a number of companies.

Mandolen is a Change Scientist with an MBA in International Business, a Ph.D. in Organisational Development and Change, and a postdoctoral credential in Positive Psychiatry. Based in the USA, she is a global keynote speaker and prolific published author. Mandolen hopes to inspire others to embrace the positive disruptions that change can bring. Working with dynamic individuals and groups, Mandolen firmly believes that self-reflection is the exponential magnifier of one’s personal and professional growth.

Alex was educated at three British Universities and has taught at two international Business Schools. Experience includes a period in the Royal Navy, senior roles with leading global companies including DHL, Avis, Cable & Wireless and professional services firms in the City of London. Alex has worked in over 60 countries around the world. He is part of an Anglo American yacht racing team and has sailed across the Pacific. Alex runs Business Techniques – a Training & Strategy consulting enterprise.

Kelly is a Master Practitioner Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Neuro-Linguistic Programmer and Life Coach at Creative Minds Hypnotherapy in Australia. She has over 9 years experience helping people with a variety of problems but specialising in anxiety based behaviours, working with adults, teenagers and children in Australia, UK, US and Europe. Kelly is passionate about empowering people with knowledge, connecting them with their powerful minds and promoting mind tools that help enable them to grow and thrive.

Sam is a marketing and communications consultant working for and around the Oxford academic and innovation ecosystem. He set up his own consultancy in 2018, specialising in the education and professional services sectors. In addition, he teaches and runs interactive murder mystery events. In his spare time Sam loves being with his family, reading history, podcasting, exploring the local Oxfordshire countryside, watching sport, writing, directing and acting in plays.
